Senior Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and execute customer-driven, digital & campaign marketing strategies and programs that will increase customer adoption & retention on the platform
  • Think out-of-the-box and bring a creative flair to product positioning and marketing campaigns
  • Monitor, measure, analyze, and report on all digital marketing performance
  • Working with marketing channel owners on on-going experimentation to validate insights across segmentation, targeting, messaging, channel and creative optimization
  • Generating insights on customer behaviour through data analysis and mapping the customer journey working closely with Business Intelligence teams



  • 3-5 years of experience in managing customer lifecycle marketing
  • Excellent communicator both verbally and written, with an ability to communicate with all levels in the organization
  • Hands-on with Marketing Automation tools like CleverTap, Web engage, Moengage etc
  • Comfortable in navigating and leading in ambiguous situations; able to operate in a start-up environment, where leaders are owners, wear multiple hats
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing for priorities simultaneously
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with a B2C growth startup is a must or experience in a performance marketing agency¬†
